About Kineo Advisory

We fill a gap that most firms don’t.

Companies making expensive supply chain decisions usually choose between two kinds of help. Large consultancies that arrive with a method and a team of juniors, or providers who advise for free because they are selling something at the end of it.

Neither is much use when the numbers have to hold. We are small and intend to stay that way. Every engagement is run by the person who scoped it — so you get senior attention, direct answers, and work you can put in front of a board without rewriting it first.
